Domlec is pleased to announce that the company has upgraded its prepaid system and now offers AMI prepaid. In October last year, Domlec began a three year program to replace over 26,000 meters with Advanced Metering Infrastructure – (AMI) or smart meters. This program started in Roseau and in May of this year, the program started in Portsmouth. We are now installing AMI across the entire country and soon, all customers will be remotely connected to our network. As a result of this upgrade, we have discontinued the STS type prepaid. That is the prepaid system that uses the key pad. The AMI Prepaid does not require a key pay. It uses email and text messages to keep customers informed about their account status. In fact, it offers customers their own internet (JUICE) account, which allows customers to monitor their purchases, arrears, usage and soon, buy power online. Your Juice account includes graphs which show 30 days and monthly usage. Your Own Internet Juice AccountDomlec has provided each AMI prepaid customer with their own Internet Juice Account. You can access your Juice account by log in to https://paug.domlec.dm Your log in name is your account number and the password is preset to changeme. Please change the password immediately upon log in. - Eg:
- Your account#
- 9162

- You decide when you wish to start receiving low credit warning messages. Maximum number of days allowed is three (3) days
- To find out your remaining credit text your meter number to 275-3351 or 275-3848. The system will reply only if this cell phone number matches the cell phone number on your account.

Dear Customer, Domlec is pleased to introduce to you its new Automated Meter Infrastructure (AMI) Project.
