Area: Long Lane, Northern section of Dame Eugenia Charles Boulevard, Kennedy Avenue (Hanover Street to Dame E. Charles Boulevard), Hodge Lane and Bow Lane

Reason: To allow DOMLEC to upgrade the low voltage distribution system at the western section of Roseau.
