Area: Valley Road, Independence Street-South, Virgin Lane, Bath Road (between King George V Street and Victoria Street), Turkey Lane (between Cross Street and Independence Street)

Reason: To allow DOMLEC to upgrade the high voltage distribution system on Valley Road.
