Area: Lower and Central Fond Cole, Lower and Central Morne Daniel, Canefield Industrial Estate, Cocoa Bottom, River Estate, Canefield Housing Scheme, Canefield Highway (between Old Mill Cultural Center and beginning of Imperial Road)

Reason: To allow DOMLEC to upgrade its high voltage transmission network at Fond Cole.
