Area: Lower Fond Cole Industrial Area, Ravine Cocque, Griffin Lane, Shillingford Crescent, Terrell’s Lane, James Lane, Jepson’s Lane, Monroe’s Street, Eden’s Lane,  Tarish Pit, Goodwill Road (from Woodbridge Bay to Charles Avenue, Lower Stock Farm Road, Gutter Village, Didier Lane, Leblanc Lane, Felix Lane, Rawles Lane and Dominica China Friendship Hospital)

Reason: To allow DOMLEC to upgrade its high voltage transmission network at Fond Cole.
