Area: Castle Bruce Housing Apartments, Castle Bruce Stretch, Belle Fille, Fond Melle and Pond Casse

Reason: To allow DOMLEC to facilitate maintenance on the high voltage distribution network at the Castle Bruce Apartment complex and to accommodate road construction activities at Fond Melle.
